Capstone Kitchen is the answer to that mission where students design the menus, cook the food and serve it to our guests. During the Covid-19 pandemic we will be offering a curbside to go menu to the public and serve lunch Wednesday – Friday. Additionally, we will be offering a take and bake option for dinners as well. We are easy to find on the corner of Tausick and Airport Way in the Center for Enology and Viticulture.
