Our Knowledge Bowl team and instructors just returned from the American Culinary Federation’s Western Regional Conference in Reno, Nevada.
The team placed third overall and scored enough points for Bronze Medals, the very first time EVER that our students have received medals at the Regional level!!

Also a part of our program, recent graduate Kristin Swaggart won the Regional “What’s in your Wok” cooking and recipe competition. The prize is an all-expense paid trip to the National Convention in Orlando, where she will go head to head with 3 other chef’s in July for the National Title.
